These sessions are all about you. Private sessions offer the time and space to explore your practice more deeply, helping you to feel nourished, supported and more at home in your body.

One-to-one sessions give us the time to work together at your own pace. These sessions are ideal if you’re managing aches or injuries, working towards a specific goal, rebuilding confidence, or simply prefer a quieter, more personalised approach.

Together we’ll create sessions tailored to your needs — whether that’s building strength, increasing flexibility, easing back pain, or simply finding a moment of calm and carving out time to focus on you.

121s are ideal for:

  • Complete beginners

  • Those returning to yoga after injury or illness
