Want to move and feel good? Curious about yoga? My vinyasa flow classes are fun, friendly, and open to all.
These nourishing, flowing classes help you build strength, increase mobility and improve balance, whilst moving in new and supportive ways.
You’ll be encouraged to work at your own pace, with plenty of options for beginners and opportunities to explore more challenging variations if you’d like.
Above all, these classes are about feeling strong, confident, and at home in your body.

I currently teach a weekly class in the Garden Galley in the Museum of Farnham. It’s a beautiful room, surrounded by a walled garden that feels like a serene and magical space right in the centre of town.
When: Friday mornings 9.15am - 10.30am
