Vinyasa flow

A steady, dynamic flowing class designed to build strength, improve balance and gain a greater connection with your body and mind.

Chair yoga

Gentle, supportive yoga using a chair to help you move in new ways with confidence — perfect for improving mobility, strength, and balance.

1:1s

Personalised sessions tailored entirely to you — your body, your goals, and your pace. Ideal if you want more individual support, are working with an injury, or simply prefer a quieter setting.

Corporate yoga

Bring movement, mindfulness, and stress relief into the workplace. I offer on-site or virtual sessions tailored to your team’s needs — from energising morning flows to lunchtime resets or wind-downs after work.

These sessions are ideal for busy teams or HR departments wanting to support well-being at work. Yoga can help bring calm, focus and movement into your day to improve mental health and physical well-being.

Community yoga

I also offer gentle, accessible yoga for local businesses, schools and community groups.
